Half bathroom on the first floor. The movie room is transformed from garage. [MOVIE ROOM] Projector and screen, Sauna, pool table ***IMPORTANT*** [PETS] Our house is pet friendly. However, please contact us prior to your booking if you will bring your pets with you. An extra $50 cleaning fee will be charged for 2 pets or under. $25/pet will be charged for more than 2 pets. (This is not included in the booking price.) [HOT TUB] 1. Maximum 4 people. 2. Please note that the hot tub usually needs 10-15hrs heating time before your use. Increase 2℉ takes 1 hr. Please schedule ahead if you want to use it during your stay. 3. Please set the temperature to 100F when not in use. [INDOOR SAUNA] for 2 people.
